Terms & Conditions – Drivana Chauffeurs Ltd
By booking with Drivana Chauffeurs Ltd, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us via email or message.
2. Payments
Full payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received
Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, route changes, or additional stops
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking: full refund
Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% charge
Cancellations within 12 hours or no-show: 100% charge
4. Waiting Time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes free waiting time after landing
Standard pickups include 15 minutes free waiting time
Additional waiting time will be charged accordingly
5. Delays
We monitor flight arrivals. Delays are accommodated where possible, but excessive delays may result in additional charges.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund in case of:
Dangerous or abusive behavior
Damage to the vehicle
Illegal activity
7. Luggage
Clients must ensure luggage fits the booked vehicle. We are not responsible for issues caused by excess luggage.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
We are not responsible for missed flights or appointments due to such delays
9. Subcontracting
We may use partner chauffeurs or vehicles to fulfil bookings while maintaining service standards.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
